1. Contracting Entity
Vedhavathi Tech Private Limited operates the platform hiregig.in. All agreements, infrastructure provisions, and platform access are governed under this entity.
2. The Marketplace Role
The company provides the platform infrastructure only. It is not an employer, agent, or contracting party to any gig task. All transactions and agreements are directly between the task posters and independent contractors.
3. Bidding Rules
Bidders must provide accurate skill sets and project delivery timelines. Task posters must describe tasks honestly, including budget ranges, requirements, and deliverables.
4. Escrow & Fund Flow
Funds must be deposited by the task poster before work begins. Vedhavathi Tech Private Limited holds funds securely in escrow to protect both parties and ensure complete accountability.
5. Dispute Resolution
The company reserves the right to review completed work files and communications if a dispute arises before funds release. Decisions made during internal dispute reviews are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vedhavathi Tech Private Limited is not liable for physical damages, financial losses, or poor quality work resulting from independent contractor agreements executed on the platform.
